1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.arrow-finch.com and purchases made from Arrow & Finch.

Prices presented to U.S. customers are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly indicated.
The product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total order amount are displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Events outside our reasonable control, including weather, transportation interruptions and carrier disruptions, may affect delivery times.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and based on genuine experience.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights, contains unlawful or malicious material, impersonates another person or creates a misleading impression.
When you voluntarily provide content for publication, you grant Yorks United Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Arrow & Finch, subject to applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services.
We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of third parties. This does not limit any responsibility we may have for service providers selected by us to perform part of our obligations to you.
The store is hosted using Shopify. Products purchased from this store are sold by Yorks United Inc., not Shopify.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website or a consumer transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud or other non-waivable legal obligations.

These Terms and transactions with Yorks United Inc. are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of the consumer's jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using any complaint, dispute-resolution, regulatory or court process available to you under applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order are normally those in effect when the order was placed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
