The fit is true to size, so you can order your usual size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Because measurements can vary between styles, every product has its own individual size chart on the product page. We recommend checking this chart before ordering.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@arrow-finch.com with your order number. Contact us before sending items to our Canadian return address. You arrange return postage; we do not provide prepaid labels. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the postage. For confirmed damaged or incorrect items, we reimburse reasonable return postage. See our Return and Refund Policy.

We offer returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Items must be returned before a refund or exchange is processed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt and normally issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
